We are a growing wholesaler of healthcare products supplying pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers across Zambia. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Promote and sell the company’s healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and promotional materials.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Zambian healthcare market is madatory.
