Mifflin Trading Limited is recruiting Scanner Operators for Lusaka. This is a full-time, 12-month contract.

What you will do:

Operate document scanners

Monitor scan output in real time — checking page clarity, orientation, completeness, and correct sequencing

Flag and correct scanning errors immediately before progressing to the next batch

Follow strict scanning protocols and Standard Operating Procedures at all times

Handle all physical documents with care and strict confidentiality

Maintain a daily production log

What we need from you:

Grade 12 certificate

Basic computer literacy — comfortable using Windows and navigating standard software

Sharp eye for detail and ability to spot errors quickly

Able to sustain focus and accuracy across a full working day

Lusaka-based and immediately available

Reliable, punctual, and disciplined

Prior experience operating scanners, photocopiers, or document processing equipment is an advantage.
