The Role: Curriculum & Impact

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning across multiple curricula pathways, including:

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP): Teaching at HL/SL level in their area of specialism.
  • Cambridge International Education: Teaching IGCSE and A-Level Sciences and Mathematics.
  • Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ): Integrating and delivering the Zambian curriculum.
  • Fostering a challenging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Science or Mathematics field (or Education equivalent).
  • A recognized Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience teaching the specified subjects to IGCSE, A-Level, or IBDP students.
