• Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and confidential records
• Assist with onboarding new hires and office administration
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and external partners

• Handle ad hoc projects and administrative requests
