Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our boarding school community. The role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safeguarding children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor school premises, including boarding facilities.
• Prevent unauthorized access and respond to security incidents.
• Support safeguarding protocols and report concerns to designated officers.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, and security checks.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including fire drills and evacuations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a security role, preferably in an educational or residential setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act decisively in emergencies.
• Integrity, reliability, and professional conduct.
