JOB DETAILS:
A leading group of companies in Zambia is seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations across its business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee security operations, including personnel, assets, and infrastructure protection.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Manage security personnel and liaise with law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor GPS tracking systems to enhance fleet security and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of security management experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work with regulatory authorities and security service providers.
