Drake and Gorham Limited seek the services of a qualified and experienced person to fill the following position urgently:

SENIOR CONTRACTS & Projects HVAC-R ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR

The suitable candidate must:

• Be fully conversant in HVAC-R engineering, including both design and practical installation, with strong after-sales and maintenance experience.
• Have in-depth knowledge of VRV/VRF systems design and installation.
• Possess expertise in the installation and design of Water- and Air-Cooled Chiller systems.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in Refrigeration and Cold Room design and installation.
• Have a proven track record of working on major HVAC-R projects.
• Possess sales exposure and the ability to manage clients, customers, and the overall HVAC-R department.
• Be capable of preparing tenders and quotations for large-scale projects.
• Be able to train and up skill local HVAC engineers and technician teams.
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Preferably have experience working in Sub-Saharan African countries.
• Have experience with Daikin & Samsung Air Conditioners, Chillers, and VRF/VRV systems (an added advantage).
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with emphasis on HVAC-R (preferred).
• Be at least 40 years of age.
