We are Hiring– Senior Engineer – Poultry Processing Plant in Lusaka, Zambia
Are you a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in refrigeration systems and poultry processing operations?
We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive engineering excellence at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage engineering initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
• Overseerefrigeration systems (ammonia plant experience required)
• Spearheadproject management, process optimization, and preventative maintenance programs
• Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain top-tier food safety standards
• Train and mentor engineering staff to foster continuous improvement

Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in poultry processing & refrigeration systems
Strong expertise inHVAC, cold storage, and freezing technologies
Proven track record inproject management and problem-solving
Knowledge ofHACCP, OSHA, and industry regulations
Member of EIZ

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
