JOB DETAILS:
To coordinate risk management within the organization by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of risk awareness throughout the Bureau.
• Develop risk management frameworks
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments
• Monitor effectiveness of mitigation strategies
• Prepare reports for management/stakeholders
• Liaise with external auditors/regulators
Applicants must have at least the following
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Risk Management
• ZAQA-verified qualifications
• Member of Institute of Risk Management Zambia (preferred)
• 5+ years risk management experience
• Advanced data analysis skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
