Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, strategizing to meet sales targets, and showcasing product knowledge. Key daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, delivering effective sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills

Experience with Market Research, Client Prospecting, and Lead Generation

Proficiency in Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Negotiation

3 years experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies

Knowledge of the automotive and machinery industry is a plus

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field
