Timaja Enterprises Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the roles of Mine Captain and Shift Bosses at its operations in Chililabombwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia. These full-time positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a leading mining company at Konkola Copper Mine (KCM) and Lubambe Copper Mine.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Full Grade 12 Certificate.

Valid Blasting Licence.

Valid Occupational Health Certificate (Silicosis).

Experience needed

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Shift Boss in underground mining operations.

Proven supervisory skills in managing underground mining crews.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of mining safety standards and operational procedures.
