Blessed Leks Company Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position listed below.

1. POSITION 1 (SHOP MANAGER)

Reports to CEO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage daily shop operations

2. Manage stock inventory, including receiving, issuing, and stock-taking

3. Supervise and coordinate shop workers

4. Ensure excellent customer service and smooth shop operations

5. Monitor sales, control losses, and improve performance

6. Maintain order, cleanliness, and discipline in the shop

7. Prepare operational and sales reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Accounting or Entrepreneurship or any Business-related program.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

3. Experience in retail or shop management will be an added advantage

4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

5. Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision

6. Good computer skills will be an added advantage

2. POSITION 2 (TILL ATTENDANT)

Reports to Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate the till and handle customer transactions

2. Use Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately

3. Issue receipts and handle cash responsibly

4. Prepare Daily sales reports

5. Provide good customer service

6. Keep the till area clean and organized

7. Assist with basic stock checks when required

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Grade Twelve (12) Certificate

2. Knowledge and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems

3. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable

4. Good communication and customer service skills
