JOB DETAILS:
Location: Kapiri
Salary: K5,000 per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team in Kapiri. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in a retail environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics
- Implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
- Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for business improvement
