Background

The Showroom Operations Controller is responsible for ensuring the showroom runs in a structured, disciplined and professional manner every day. This role acts as the owner’s on-site representative, enforcing company procedures, monitoring staff performance, protecting pricing accuracy and maintaining a high-end client experience. The position focuses on control, accountability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom operations and opening/closing standards
• Enforce company policies, procedures and staff accountability
• Monitor daily targets, walk-in handling and team performance
• Verify quotation pricing and approve discounts within policy
• Resolve internal operational issues and escalate where necessary
• Maintain service quality and protect client experience
• Train staff on product knowledge and showroom conduct
• Prepare daily sales and operations reports for the owner

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
