JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
• BSc. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of on-site experience in managing construction projects.
• Must be registered with a relevant professional body (e.g., Engineering Council or equivalent).
• Must possess a valid practicing license.

Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.
