About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective digital strategies, creating engaging content, and growing our brand across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for all social platforms
- Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Monitor trends, insights, and competitor activity to improve performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner
- Prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on brand initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Graphic design or video editing skills are an added advantage

Level of Education: bachelor degree
