We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media, Marketing & Customer Relations Officer to manage our online presence while ensuring excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, run social media platforms, support marketing campaigns, and professionally handle customer inquiries both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow all social media platforms
  • Create engaging content, graphics, and digital campaigns
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Monitor analytics and optimize marketing performance
  • Support general marketing activities and promotions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in social media management and customer service
  • Strong communication, content creation, and graphic design skills
  • Ability to manage customers calmly and professionally
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
