What You’ll Do (Both Tracks)

  • Ship features across the stack: Next.js/React frontends and Hono/Node backends
  • Build typed APIs (RPC/OpenAPI)
  • Work with Postgres/Drizzle (plus Convex where it fits) and write migrations
  • Add tests (Vitest/Jest/Playwright), logs/metrics, and debug in prod-like envs
  • Collaborate via GitHub (PRs, code reviews, Issues/Projects, Actions)
  • Write concise docs and follow our engineering standards

Track A — Full-Time Software Developer

You’re a fit if you:

  • Have 1–3+ years professional experience (or equivalent strong portfolio)
  • Are fluent in TypeScriptReact, and Node
  • Can design APIs, reason about data models, and write maintainable code
  • Understand testing, CI/CD, and basic cloud deployment

Nice to Have: Hono, OpenAPI/Swagger, Drizzle, Convex, Stripe, multi-tenant SaaS patterns, performance profiling, accessibility.

Track B — Software Developer Intern (Paid)

You’re a fit if you:

  • recent grad (or self-taught with solid projects) and experiance
  • Can commit ~40 hrs/week for 3–6 months

What You Get: Paid internship, modern tooling, potential full-time offer upon strong performance (it's up to you)

Minimum Qualifications (Both Tracks)

  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of HTTP, async patterns, and REST/RPC basics
  • Ability to read docs, debug methodically, and communicate clearly
