JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and work on projects that drive innovation and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a passion for coding, and a desire to create scalable and efficient software products.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in accordance with project requirements and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide accurate estimates.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using appropriate software development methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and maintainability.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing necessary fixes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering, and apply them to improve the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance engineers and system administrators, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document software design, architecture, and technical specifications to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, reliable software.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
