JOB DETAILS:
Join our team as an After-Sales Solar Technician.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve solar product issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Full grade 12 certificate
- At least two years of work experience
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Computer Literacy
- Analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organizing skills
- People skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Time management
- Negotiation Skills.
