About the Role:

Open Positions: 2 (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests’ needs.
• Assess guests’ individual needs and recommend suitable spa treatments.
• Maintain a serene and hygienic spa environment, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Educate guests on the spa’s services, products, and aftercare recommendations.
• Uphold the brand’s five-star service standards, ensuring a memorable spa experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certified Spa Therapist with relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a spa or hotel setting.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, professional demeanor with a guest-centric attitude.
