The Position

Urban Bliss Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you are dedicated to wellness, customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional spa experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure treatments
• Deliver personalized services based on client needs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Promote spa services and products to guests
• Ensure high standards of customer care and satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Certificate in Spa Therapy
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in salon services (e.g., hairdressing, styling, and beauty treatments) will be an added advantage, particularly experience working with a wide range of hair types and textures

Remuneration

This position is commission-based, offering attractive earning potential based on treatments performed and product sales.
