Internship Opportunity: Stock Controller Intern (Finished Goods)
Equip Garment Factory is looking for a Stock Controller Intern to support the management and control of finished garments within our production and storage areas.
This internship is not a paid position, however transport support will be provided. We strongly encourage applications from candidates who live near the factory to make commuting easier.
Preferred applicants:
Individuals residing around 2nd Street, Ibex Hill, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and monitor all finished garments entering and leaving the stock room.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory lists.
- Assist with counting, sorting, and organizing finished goods.
- Support the preparation of stock reports and updates for management.
- Ensure garments are properly labeled, packed, and stored.
- Assist during stock audits and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams regarding stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the finished goods storage area.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or stock management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or basic spreadsheets.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
