Mair Pharmacy Ltd is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Store Manager to oversee two of our pharmacy branches in Lusaka. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, excellent stock management skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive sales and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across two pharmacy branches.
• Lead and supervise store teams to ensure excellent customer service and performance standards.
• Plan and execute stock purchases while analyzing trends to boost sales and stock efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels, expiries, and ensure compliance with ZAMRA and MOH requirements.
• Oversee online marketing, social media presence, and online sales activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, daily sales reconciliation, and deposits.
• Improve branch performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail/pharmacy operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong inventory management and purchasing background.
• Valid Driver’s License and an ability to travel between branches.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is an added advantage.
