The key purpose of this role is to accept all deliveries of stock. This includes ensuring that they are not damaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for. He is also responsible for organizing the dispatch of finished goods and products.

Key outputs and responsibilities:
• Receive Stocks, count ,examine condition and documentation ,record in sufficient details on receiving control Sheet and send samples to QC for analysis.
• Conduct Weekly stock and update inventory
• System and physical issue and handover stock items according to FIFO- FEFO practice.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock take, reconciliations and investigate stock variances so that reasons for stock differences can be provided.
• Monitor, control stock custody, security of stocks, and manage house keeping according to 5S.
• Monitor, manage expiry dates, Obsolete and redundancy stocks, circulate fort nightly, account accurately, transfer to quarantine warehouse, seek approvals and write off in accordance with SOP.
• Perform and assist in problem solving

Profile:
Education
• Certificate in Business administration/Stores Management/Forklift operators Certificate

Experience
• 1-2 years as material handler in industry”(FCMG)
• Must have knowledge on forklift operation
