SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across all departments, including the coffee bar, sales, and cleaning team.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, service standards, and hygiene procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate dispatches, and maintain accountability.
• Motivate, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between staff and management to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have completed Grade 12.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
