Summary:
The work schedule for this position is:
o Full Time (40 hours per week)

Duties
The incumbent is an ICASS services provider who maintains and manages the GSO Loanable property module of the ILMS, coordinating efforts with the Non-Expandable (Property) and Expendable (Supply) warehouses to ensure accurate up-to-date record keeping. S/he also backstops the Senior Asset Management Records Clerk.
The incumbent works with the property records clerk during the annual inventory for personal property, heritage and representational ware inventories. The ILMS clerk maintains accurate records of incoming loanable property, transfers and disposals.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years’ experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property management is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing operations and/or property/expendables management. Knowledge in computerized inventory and stock control data programs. Knowledge of local vendors and their procedures. Knowledge of SHEM safety guidelines.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: English – Good working knowledge. Bemba/Nyanja – Good working knowledge.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Optional: Strong recordkeeping, technical, administrative skills and attention to details. Computer competencies including basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
Must have a valid, current license for (Class C) for a minimum of five (5) years. Must be able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. (23kg) under OSHA standards.
