We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment operations and ensure strong talent pipeline coverage across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet forecasted hiring and seat demand
  • Source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for open positions across multiple departments
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, dashboards, and ATS/CRM systems
  • Track and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including:
    • Pipeline coverage
    • Time-to-fill
    • Interview-to-hire conversion
    • Candidate quality
    • New hire retention under 90 days
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support workforce planning
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
