JOB DETAILS:
At Lactalis Zambia, we have an open position for a Tax, Compliance and Fixed Assests Accounting Manager.
You will be responsible for the following areas of activity:
• Preparation of Tax Returns and ensuring 100% Tax Compliance in general, including import procedures and timely payment of duties
• Ensure that Tax accounting is properly done
• Providing Tax Planning insights to the CFO
• Ensuring that the Fixed Assets register is well maintained and Book Value of assets is a true reflection of reality
• Assisting the CFO in all Statutory and Secretarial related matters. Ideally assume the role of Company Secretary
• Maintain relations with insurance companies and ensure that business risks are covered on a ongoing basis
• Liaise with auditors for all compliance related matters as part of the audit process

• you have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role and would like to progress to the next level
• you work in an Audit/Accounting firm and would like to develop in an operational role in an established, FMCG company
