At BDO Zambia, we have a rapidly growing tax practice looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team.

Tax Senior- VAT
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that you adhere to internal quality standards on VAT compliance processes
• Ensure all VAT work is reviewed before submission and payment
• Be able to competently analyze VAT data and advising clients accordingly
• Adhere to internal and external deadlines without fail
• Assist with attending to VAT audits
• Constant communication with ZRA for current status of VAT refunds audits and approvals
• Monthly reports on the activities

Qualification
• Full/part ACCA/ZICA or degree in accounting Over Four years of relevant experience in VAT Excellent writing skills as well as strong analytical abilities
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and develop priorities to ensure that work is completed with a high degree of accuracy within the context of completing deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
