JOB DETAILS:
Family Legacy Missions Zambia (FLMZ) is a Faith-based organization that upholds Christian values and morals in the education of the orphaned and vulnerable children it serves. FLMZ is looking for a qualified Class Teacher’s to join their team,

Key Responsibilities:
• Educate and nurture learners while monitoring conduct and discipline.
• Address the social, economic, and professional needs of students.
• Foster a positive environment for intellectual and emotional growth.
• Develop and implement lesson plans; enforce discipline and manage classroom environment.

Core Capabilities Required:
• Demonstrate spiritual maturity and uphold Christian values.
• Achieve educational goals with effective communication.
• Exhibit critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Balance personal and professional responsibilities.
Qualifications Needed:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent).
• Valid from the Teaching Council of Zambia.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
