Key Responsibilities

Extension Services: Provide on-site technical advice to customers through farm visits and telephone support.

Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.

Sales & Marketing: Actively market and sell Supra Animal Feed products to meet regional targets.

Customer Relations: Resolve customer complaints promptly and monitor product performance through consistent follow-ups.

Community Engagement: Organize and conduct farmer seminars and represent the company at agricultural shows.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market surveys, monitor competitor trends, and identify potential locations for new depots or agencies.

Reporting: Maintain detailed customer visit logs, updated customer cards, and provide feedback on market conditions to the Operations Manager.

Branding: Assist in monitoring branding and advertising effectiveness in the field.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma in Livestock Production, Animal Science, or a related field.

Certification: Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

Experience: At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a technical sales or extension role.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in formulating and implementing sales and marketing practices within the livestock sector.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.

A professional and confidential approach to customer and business data.

Ensure constant check with customers on the product performance.

Carry out any other tasks assigned to him/her by the superiors.

Should be a team player.

Travel Requirement: High mobility is required (90% field work) and the ability to be on-call to support farmers when needed.

License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
