We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager / Workshop Manager to lead our hydraulic workshop operations. As part of our team, you'll oversee repairs, maintenance, and manufacturing activities, ensuring our clients receive top-notch quality and reliability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hydraulic workshop team, providing guidance and support
  • Plan and allocate tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is performed to high standards
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to guarantee the integrity of hydraulic components and systems
  • Manage inventory, order necessary parts and equipment, and optimize workshop resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to workshop activities

What We Look For:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in a similar industry, with a focus on hydraulic systems, fabrication, manufacture, and manufacturing welding experience is a must
  • Proven technical expertise and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus
