Job Purpose

Our client in the ICT & Healthcare Sector is seeking an experienced Technical Services Lead to provide shared technical services and regional delivery leadership across multiple countries and business units.

This role operates as a central technical authority, supporting country teams and Head Office in the design, deployment, and support of enterprise systems, national digital platforms, and regulated ICT solutions. It is ideal for a senior technical leader comfortable working across borders, stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a shared technical services lead supporting multiple countries and cross-border initiatives
  • Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise and national ICT platforms
  • Own technical architecture, delivery standards, and service assurance across the region
  • Provide technical leadership for regional bids, tenders, demonstrations, and proof-of-value exercises
  • Support country teams with complex deployments, escalations, and solution standardisation
  • Manage regional technology vendors, platform partners, and system integrators
  • Lead and develop technical staff and interns across infrastructure, software, and cybersecurity disciplines
  • Ensure consistent compliance with ISO standards, security controls, and documented processes
  • Monitor delivery performance across countries and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT or technical delivery roles, including regional or multi-site environments
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise or government-facing systems
  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and service delivery models
  • Experience operating in ISO-certified or regulated environments is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
