Technician – Home Appliances Repair

Tesla Zambia, empowered by Sbeity Computer Limited, is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Home Appliances Repair Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults and repair home appliances, including:

• Microwaves
• Refrigerators and Freezers
• Washing Machines
• Dishwashers
• Electric Ovens
• Cookers
• Air Conditioners
• Water Dispensers
• Vacuum Cleaners
• Other household electrical appliances

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of appliances.

Install and commission electrical home appliances where required.

Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports.

Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Provide professional customer service and technical support.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in repairing home appliances.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
