JOB DETAILS:

Our Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for the following short-term contract roles. If you have a strong work ethic, relevant technical skills, and at least three years of hands-on experience, we encourage you to apply.

1. Electricians (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, or industrial environments
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes and industry standards
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of local electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency electrical faults
• Certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical training is an added advantage
• Must be physically fit and safety-conscious

2. Air Conditioning Technicians (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and performance testing
• Ensure optimal energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards
• Keep maintenance logs and report on system status and repairs needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC installation and servicing
• Technical certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools
• Knowledge of different AC brands, systems, and refrigerants
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

3. Handymen (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs across various trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Respond to routine maintenance requests from clients or supervisors
• Assist in renovations, installations, and troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in general repair and maintenance
• Versatile with basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to follow safety procedures
• Prior work in residential or commercial settings preferred

• Duration: 3 Months
• Extension: Subject to performance and project requirements
