We're seeking to hire an energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Telemarketer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services over the phone, making direct sales, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.

* Clearly explain product features and benefits to potential clients.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

* Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback.

* Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets.

* Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Grade 12 Certificate; Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

* Age: 27 years and below.

* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing or call center role.

* Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.

* Honest, confident, persuasive, and results-oriented.

* Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet set targets.
