Location: Woodlands Extension, Lusaka
Type: On-Site Internship
Compensation: K2,000 per month + 5% sales commission
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (may vary slightly- Saturday Half day)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, energetic and purpose-aligned Telesales Intern to help us engage with leads, answer inquiries, and convert interest into enrollments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Call and follow up with leads from our database and WhatsApp inbox
- Answer questions about our programs clearly and confidently
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups
- Learn the details of each course and communicate benefits persuasively
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service team
- Work closely with Susan and the team to grow sales and client satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every call
- Help us refine our customer experience through feedback
What You Must Have:
- Great communication and people skills – friendly, clear, confident
- Fluent in English, with bonus points for local language fluency
- A strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
- Fast learner, coachable and adaptable
- Good phone etiquette and emotional intelligence
- Basic digital literacy (email, Google Docs, WhatsApp)
- Already live near or have easy access to Woodlands Extension
