JOB DETAILS:
The Zambia Daily Mail Limited has set aside funds in its 2022 budget to cover eligible payments under the contract for the provision Sanitary and General Cleaning Services on a twelve (12) months running contract renewable for a further twelve (12) months based on performance and rates charged.
The Zambia Daily Mail Limited now invites sealed bids from interested service providers for the provision of Sanitary and General Cleaning Services on twelve (12) months running contract.
Interested service providers may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Zambia Daily Mail Limited (ZDML) Plot No.2381/4, Longolongo Road Light Industrial Area P.O. This tender will have the following margins of preference applied in accordance with the Citizens Economic Empowerment (Preferential Procurement) Act No. 36 of 2011:

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested security services providers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K800.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency
Bids clearly marked "TENDER FOR SANITARY AND GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES ON TWELVE (12) MONTIIS RUNNING CONTRACT", should be addressed and sont to "The Managing Director, 7.ambia Daily Mail Limited (ZDML) Plot No.2381/4, Longolongo Road Light Industrial Area P.O, Box 31421, Lusaka, Zambia" and must be sent not later than Monday, 28 February, 2022 at 11.00 hours local time. HOWEVER, ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
TIERE WILL BE AMANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE OF PREMISES ON THURSDAY 17 FEBRUARY, 2022 47 10:30 HOURS IN THE BOARDROOM. BIDDERS FAILING TO ATTEND THIS MEETING WILL BE CONSIDERED NO-RESPONSIVE. PLEASE OBSERVE COVID-19 HEALTH GUIDELINES DURING THE MEETING.
Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Advertising Offices, Ground Floor, Zambia Daily Mail Limited (ZDML) Plot No.2381/4, Longolongo Road, Light Industrial Area, P.O. Box 31421, Lusaka, Zambia, on or before Monday, 28 February, 2022 at 11.00 hours local time and must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid price duly signed and sealed by the Guarantor(s).
