Introduction

Korea Food for the Hungry International Zambia (KFHI Zambia)  is a Christian Non-government Organization registered under Ministry of Community Development and Social services. The Organization is dedicated to supporting the children and their community in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihood  and currently operates in Ndola and Masaiti Districts.

KFHI Zambia through its improved access to health care is funding the construction of Maternity Wing at Kaloko Clinic in Ndola and  hereby invites bids from qualified Contractors.

Eligible Criteria

Valid and up to date company registration certificates including: PACRA Compliance, ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Workman’s Compensation Certificate, NAPSA and EIZ
Valid National Council for Construction (NCC) Registration certificates of Category B and C.
References from three reputable organizations or companies.
An active bank account showing a flow of cash over the last twenty-four (24) months.

Site Visit

The site visit will be done on Monday 2nd  June,2025 at 14:00 hrs

Cost

The bidder shall bear any expenses related to the preparation and/or submission of the bid proposal, regardless the Bid proposal being selected or not. KFHIZ shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the procurement process.

Submission Details

BOQ and drawings of the project shall be requested through kfhizam.hr@gmail.com

All sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at Korea Food for the Hungry International Head Office at House No3, Lualaba Rd, Kansenshi, Ndola.

The deadline for submission is Friday 30th  May 2025 at 17:00hrs.

Tender Opening

The Tender Opening Ceremony will be held on Friday, 6th June 2025, at 10:30 AM at Korea Food for the Hungry International Head Office.

Signing Of Contract

KFHI Zambia shall send the successful Bidder the contract agreement for review and signing.

Project Duration

KFHI Zambia expects the project to be completed within 4 Months of the date of signing the contract.
