Open National Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority procedures for procurement of Goods, works and services.

Interested eligible bidders may inspect and obtain the bidding document from Procurement and Supplies Unit, Choma Municipal Council Civic Centre, Behind Provincial Administration PO BOX 630145, Choma Southern Province Zambia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours Monday to Friday. Submission Procedure

TELEGAPHIC/ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Sealed Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding document and in sealed envelopes, bound and clearly marked: "Tender for the Supply and delivery of one (1) Drilling Rig" shall be deposited in the tender box situated at the civic Centre, PSU on or before, Thursday, 16 February, 2023 at 10:00 hour's local time. The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the council Chamber in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bids shall remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for bid submission as prescribed above.
