Since 1996, Plan International Zambia has been working across the country, with a presence in Lusaka, Central (Kabwe, Chibombo, Chisamba, and Kapiri), Luapula (Mansa, Chembe, Chiengi, Milenge and Lunga), Eastern (Petauke, Vubwi, Chadiza, Mambwe, and Chipata), and Southern (Gwembe, Sinazongwe, and Zimba) provinces.

It is against this background that the Plan International Zambia invites bids for the supply and delivery of phones and various accessories.

2. SPECIFICATIONS OF ITEM

All prospective bidders are expected to provide bid that meet the following specification

• Samsung A05   Quantity 191
• Tempered Screen protectors for Samsung A05 quantity 157
• Rubber Phone cover/ Pouch for Samsung A05 quantity 191
• Samsung A05 Charger Head quantity 191
• Power Banks (10,000mph recognizable brands) quantity 167

3. DELIVERY

The successful bidder shall be expected to deliver the items within 7-10 days after signature of contract, delivery must be made to Plan International Zambia Country Office situated at St Eugene Office Park, Plot: #2866
Ibex Hill, Off Leopards Hill Road . Therefore, bidders are expected to consider delivery related costs in their submission.

4.  HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR OFFER/BIDS

All prospective bidders should provide the following documentations:

• Offer/Quotation in Zambia Kwacha
• Successful completion of at least Four (4) contracts with reputable organizations/NGOs involving the supply of similar items and of similar value. The documentary evidence shall comprise: a copy of both LPO/ contract together with its proof of delivery document such as a copy of a signed Delivery Note, or completion certificate(s) or payment certificate(s), or Payment vouchers, and/or goods received notes (GRN) from the previous clients. Failure to provide proof of delivery for an LPO /contract will not be counted as experience. References maybe contacted for due diligence.
• Warranty of a minimum of 1 year for the phones and power banks
• Bid Validity 120 Days
• The Bidder shall provide certified audited financials for the last 2 financial years.
• ZPPA supplier registration
• Company registration certificate with form III indicating shareholding structure.
• VAT tax registration/clearance certificate
• Litigation status indicating supplier has no pending litigation that would negatively affect the execution of this contract.
