This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB Online) of 20.10.2015 and on the African Development Bank's Website (www.aldb.org)

The Provincial Administration, Northern Province through funding from the African Development Bank (ADB) intends to procure 4,412No. 25kg bags of fish feed for cages and pens to be delivered in three batches for Mpulungu and Nsama Districts.

The Provincial Administration, Northern Province on behalf of Lake Tanganyika Development Project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to offer bids for the supply and delivery of fish feed for cages and pens for Mpulungu and Nsama Districts for Lake Tanganyika Development Project- Northern Province (hereinafter called "the Goods'). Open Bidding method will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works and, specifically, through Single Stage Bidding Procedures. The provisions in the Instructions to in the General Conditions are those of the Bank's Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods which is available on the Bank's website at htip://www.aldb.org.

Do not open before Friday 29 July 2022 at 10:00 hours local time.

The Closing date for receipt of bids is on, Friday 29 July 2022 at 10:00 hours local time, at which time the bids received will be opened. The sealed bids must be delivered and deposited in the tender box on or before 10:00hrs local time. Bids must be submitted 1 Original and 4 Copes clearly marked.
