Background
Solar Panda Zambia, formerly known as VITALITE Zambia, is a leading social enterprise providing clean and affordable solar energy solutions to off-grid communities. With over 10 years of operation in Zambia and a physical presence in all 10 provinces, we serve thousands of customers through our wide agent network and Sales & Service Centres.

As we enter a new growth phase, Solar Panda Zambia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of branded marketing materials and promotional collateral as listed below.

Branding Requirements
All items must comply with the Solar Panda Zambia brand guidelines:

• Primary Brand Color: Solar Panda Yellow
  • RGB: 246, 190, 0
  • CMYK: 0, 20, 98, 0
• Base Color: Black is the default background unless otherwise stated
• Logos and design elements must be clearly applied and of high print quality
• Sample design as well as hd logo files will be provided upon request

Eligibility Criteria
To participate in this tender, suppliers must submit the following:

1. PACRA Business Registration Certificate (Registered Supplier)
2. ZRA Registered (VAT)
3. Fully Priced Quotation
4. • Indicate payment terms (Note: Solar Panda does not offer advance payment. Full payment is made after complete delivery)
   • Clearly state delivery lead time for each item
   • Partial deliveries will not be accepted

10.  Gazebo Kit – Includes 1 branded gazebo, 1 foldable table, 1 branded table cloth, 2 pull-up banners (QTY 6)

11. Parasol Kit – Includes 1 parasol, 1 small table, 1 branded table cloth (QTY 25)

12. A0 Posters – Full-color, glossy, tear-resistant shop posters (120)

13. Vinyl A-Frame Wooden Boards – Double-sided with clear Solar Panda branding (QTY 30)

14.  Logo Product Stickers – Small, waterproof, tamper-proof stickers with VITALITE logo ( QTY 10,000)

Evaluation Criteria
All submitted bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Cost Competitiveness – Reasonable and competitive pricing aligned with market standards
2. Quality and Compliance – Conformance to specified branding guidelines and sample quality
3. Delivery Timeline – Clearly stated and realistic lead times for each item
4. Completeness of Documentation – Submission of all required documents listed under eligibility criteria
5. Sample Evaluation – Physical samples will be assessed for durability, print quality, and brand consistency

Tender Submission Instructions

Physical Samples Required: All bidders must submit physical samples of the quoted items for evaluation.

Partial Quotations Allowed: Suppliers may quote only for the items they can confidently supply.
