The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) is a body corporate established under the National Road Fund Act No. 13 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia. The core function of NRFA is to manage and administer the Road Fund in Zambia and in addition to managing Road Tolling operations.

The Agency is inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and experienced Zambians to fill positions in the Road Tolling Department.

Responsibilities or duties

Reporting to the Senior Toll Collector, the main job objective is collecting and receiving Toll Fees from Road Users.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Applicants should possess:

  • Full Grade Twelve (12) General Certificate of Education.
  • Diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing/Accounts or equivalent.
  • Pleasant interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • All submitted academic and professional qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).

Experience needed

1–2 years’ work experience.

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

Important: Interested Zambian citizens who are residents in the area where the Toll Station is located are encouraged to apply.
