JOB DETAILS:

The Trainee Manager role is designed to develop future leaders in the retail industry. This role will expose you to various aspects of store operations while receiving mentorship from experienced managers.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in hands-on training to understand store operations.
• Assist with inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Learn to analyze store performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support the management team in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:
• A diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
• A keen interest in retail management and a desire to grow within the company.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
