JOB DETAILS:
Uptick Surveys is a data collection firm that collects high-quality data to provide evidence for decision-makers. Uptick Surveys is seeking transcribers.
Responsibilities:
• Typing audio interviews in local languages into English
• Complete at least 2 scripts per day to a high standard
• Complete revisions to scripts
Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate required
• Proficiency in at least 1 of the following: Tonga, Chewa, Nyanja– both written and verbal
• Excellent grammar and punctuation skills – note candidate may be tested
• Must have full-time availability for transcribing period
• Must own laptop with Microsoft Word
• Must be online for duration of working hours
• Remote work available

Level of Education: High School
