About Us:

Harakati Logistics is a growing logistics and transportation company committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and timely logistics solutions across Zambia and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Transport & Logistics Officer to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics and transportation operations
• To assist in finding business opportunities
• Manage the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles and drivers
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy
• Track deliveries and ensure timely distribution of goods
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, fuel usage, and vehicle logs
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Liaise with clients, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address and resolve transportation issue or delay effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and logistics software is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
