JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities of Transportation Supervisor:
1. Job Responsibilities:
• Transportation Operations Management:
• Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of transportation business, developing departmental work plans and budgets.
• Manage the daily work of the transportation team, including personnel scheduling, vehicle arrangement, and maintenance, to ensure efficient execution of transportation tasks.
• Transportation Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop transportation and distribution route plans based on cargo volume and transportation capacity, optimize vehicle loading rates, and reduce operating costs.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources between warehousing and transportation sites to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Carrier Management:
• Manage third-party carriers, evaluate their service quality, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Participate in contract negotiations and renewals with carriers, optimize cooperation resources.
• Cost Control and Optimization:
• Monitor transportation costs, analyze transportation data, and propose cost optimization suggestions.
• Responsible for reconciling and settling transportation costs to ensure that they are reasonable and compliant.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Summarize and analyze transportation data and regularly submit transportation reports.
• Monitor transportation operation data and continuously optimize transportation efficiency.
• Other Jobs:
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

2. Job Requirements:
• Educational Background: Priority will be given to majors related to logistics management, transportation, etc.
• Hands-on Background: More than 3 years of work experience in the logistics and transportation industry, with team management experience preferred.
• Professional Skills:
• Ability to plan transportation routes and analyze costs.
• Familiar with logistics and transportation regulations, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced work environments and possess good teamwork spirit.
