About the Truck Driver Positions

We have three (3) full-time positions available for qualified truck drivers to support our mining activities across Lumwana and Kitwe. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy trucks, including water bowsers and vehicles with automatic transmissions, ensuring compliance with mine safety standards and company procedures at all times.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a truck driver.
  • Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Driver’s Licence.
  • Valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence of the appropriate class with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating water bowsers or trucks with automatic transmission is preferred.
  • Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the mining industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with mine safety regulations and basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage.
